Powder Coated Frames, uses the 1.25 hitch receiver and can be removed within seconds.
Universal mounting plate for all Hitch Trike Models without 1.25 Receivers  
You can still get into the trunk of the trike and maintains the sealed Saddle bags
with extra area between for a small cooler or extra fuel  dem: 8.5" wide, 24" long, 14 " tall
Black vinyl snap on cover with Nylon zipper, and New Tail Lamps with turn / brake / parks

No license will be needed since it's part of the Trike and has no wheels.
